Refund policy

Every Last Queue garment is made to order. Because of that, we do not offer returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color selection or for a change of mind, except where required by law. Please review the size guide before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact thisislastqueue@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After review, qualifying issues will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Minor variation can occur in garment-dyed fabric and DTG placement. Variation does not excuse a genuine defect, incorrect item, or unacceptable print.

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order has been submitted to production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
